On the grounds of Orchestra Terrace, there is a loge. The price of your ticket will be determined by where you sit. The amphitheater, designed by renowned modernist architect Edward Durell Stone, has open sides with a 200ft (61m) saucer-like ceiling supported by eight concrete pillars. Van Cliburn, Eugene Ormandy, and the Philadelphia Orchestra gave the Garden State Arts Center’s inaugural performance on June 12, 1968.
