Wen by Chaz Dean Reviews: My “Blonde Blogger” brand includes my hair. My passion is with my hair. I had problems keeping my hair healthy until studying Chaz Dean’s Wen Hair Care. My red hair turned blonde at the age of three and stayed that way until I was in my twenties. I’m looking for some advice on how to preserve my Golden hair from drying out. My hair was always dry and straw-like after dyeing, no matter what I did. I was unsure if Wen Hair Care would benefit my hair after reading online reviews.
Wen is referred to by ChazDean.com as:
“WEN by Chaz Dean® delivers hair luster, hydration, strength, and manageability without lathering. It stimulates the scalp and encourages the growth of healthy hair. WEN by Chaz Dean® is perfect for ethnic hair because of its moisture content. WEN by Chaz Dean® is a quick-drying shampoo that cleanses, conditions, and styles hair. Cleaning conditioners from WEN by Chaz Dean® clean, hydrate, relax, strengthen, and shine hair. WEN by Chaz Dean® neutralizes the harsh effects of shampoo without harming the hair. WEN by Chaz Dean® is a cleanser/conditioner that can be used on a daily basis. WEN® instantaneously transforms hair.”
I received a Chaz Dean Wen Hair Care review kit thanks to Guthy Renker. Kit:
- Shampoo with Sweet Almond and Mint
- Balm of Almond and Mint (Sweet Almond Mint)
- Almond Mint Styler, 2 ounces
- Hair Treatment with Sweet Almond and Mint
- Comb
- Pump
One application increased the health, hydration, and vitality of my hair. I’d heard great things about Wen, but a single wash caught me off guard. Hairstyles were never anything I did. Then I fluffed it up. Wen gave my hair body, luster, and moisture, so I didn’t require leave-in conditioners. (I used Wen Styling Cream, although Cleansing Conditioner on its own will be enough.) Styling Cream adds body and luster to my hair.
Following the use of Wen:
Wen washes are divided into three categories: I could never just comb my hair and go. I appreciate being able to wash and style my hair at night. As I mentioned in my video, my hubby plays with my hair when we sleep. He was struck by how smooth it felt. Curl ends are still curled, but less frequently. My curls have more bounce and suppleness thanks to Wen. I knew I’d never go back to ordinary products after using Wen. On QVC, I purchased a Wen set (keep an eye on QVC for upcoming Wen shows and specials, especially their rare Wen TSV deal which is what I got).
Until this collection, I had never heard of SixThirteen. “Wen on steroids,” Chaz Dean remarked. SixThirteen improved the health of my hair. Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner and SixThirteen Wen and SixThirteen are both fantastic. SixThirteen has the ability to extend the time between Wen refills while still providing incredible wetness. SixThirteen is also a cute name. On his mother’s birthday, Chaz adopted Spirit, a homeless woman living on his property. Because of Chaz’s generosity and love for animals, I’m a Wen Girl. With Wen, I can go longer between washes without my hair feeling unclean or greasy.
Purchased:
- Shampoo with Sweet Almond and Mint
- SixThirteen Cleanser
- 613
- Almond Mint Mist
Shampoo-free for four days:
Between washes, Wen cleans my hair. My bald husband adores it. Wen is natural shaving cream and body wash. It’s easy to spot my husband’s old shaving cream. His shaved skin is flaky and dry. Wen’s head and face are silky and flake-free. The shampoo is a cleansing agent. If you use too much or on your crown, you’ll end up with a headache. Many individuals mistake Wen for a conditioner and use it on the ends of their hair, resulting in oily, thick, and unclean hair. Increase!
Wen Man, with his soft skin!
Wen isn’t like regular shampoo or conditioner, so it takes some getting used to it (see YouTube or ChazDean.com). It will be satisfying to master hair. Wen’s recommendation: Different hair types are targeted by-products like Sweet Almond Mint, Pomegranate, and Lavender. Pomegranate and Sweet Almond Mint are both versatile and suitable for all hair types. The functions of each formula are listed below.
6-8 pumps of Sweet Almond Mint and 2-3 pumps of Six Thirteen are required for long, thick hair. Repeat! Cleansing Conditioner is applied twice, evenly, and vigorously. Then I leave it on till my shower is over. Before towel-drying, apply one pump of Sweet Almond Mint leave-in conditioner. You should not be concerned about the cost. Shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and moisturizing sprays are all replaced by Wen, resulting in fewer salon visits. Less washing saves money. It’s worthwhile to invest a little more.
My final Vlog evaluation includes some suggestions
My hair’s health has drastically improved since I started using Wen. I’ll always love Wen. My Wen kits are fantastic. For optimum results, Wen products should be used exclusively. Rejuvenating Mist is my personal favorite. To revitalize hair, spray it on and comb it through, or massage it into freshly washed hair. Weekly application of Re Moist Intensive Hair Treatment moisturizes and shines hair. Additional washing is required for the volumizing Styling Cream. My bangs pop out thanks to Texture Balm.
The official Wen website claims that “When compared to conventional shampoos, the WEN® Cleansing Conditioner is unique in that it completely cleanses hair without the use of lathering agents or other harsh ingredients found in traditional shampoos. Your hair’s sheen, moisture, and manageability are all returned.” I must admit that I was a little nervous as I prepared to take a shower with my conditioner.
Wen gave me Beautiful, Healthy Hair
Wen Revolutionary Haircare’s cleansing conditioner is an excellent technique to remove product buildup from the hair. Have you ever taken a late-night shower and mistakenly grabbed the conditioner bottle instead of the shampoo bottle? It’s not going to work. Sorry for the inconvenience! You end up with lank, oily, and still dirty hair after shampooing twice with the wrong bottle.
“Wow, this is going to be intriguing,” I thought when I first saw Wen, “the revolutionary way in hair washing conditioners and styling treatments from famed Hollywood hairstylist Chaz Dean.” I’d heard the phrase “new approach” before, but this is the first time a product has entirely turned the haircare paradigm on its head. After you’ve washed your hair, it’s time to apply the conditioner! I started pumping it into my palm with abandon because it came in a pump dispenser. I was a little worried about how much product I’d need because 30 pumps seemed like a lot for my long and thick hair.
Because it appeared to be a regular conditioner, I began to have significant reservations about slathering it all over my hair. Is there a chance it could work? There is no SLS in this product, and the label specifically notes that it is not intended to be used as a lather. I might have just taken my shampoo instead if I hadn’t remembered Aaron, who gave me the samples, telling me that he was a convert and used it every day.
Furthermore, it saves you time, resulting in less water waste. I’ve always found 3-minute shower timers amusing because I know I’d never be able to wash and condition my hair, let alone be clean, in that period of time. However, the Wen all-in-one cleansing conditioner could be used to do this. Furthermore, fewer bottles end up in the shower and, ultimately, in landfills. Overall, a big thumbs up.
