The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel is housed in a stylish marine blue glass container. What a lovely feeling of fineness. The glass jar is so strong that it doesn’t shatter even if it falls. It’s inconvenient to take on a road trip, but it’s also good for the environment.
Color and texture:
In terms of texture, Neutrogena’s Water Gel is identical to Laneige’s Water Sleeping Mask. It’s not a gel, and it’s also not a cream. The gel is exactly what it says on the tin: water. It has a subtle blue hue to it, however, it is completely transparent when applied to the skin.
Fragrance:
This smells like it came straight from the sea. This smells fantastic for people who enjoy fragrance-free products, but it may be a little too strong for others. The scent tends to linger after application. It has a particular scent that I find appealing.

When I completed my study, I noticed that there were no alcoholic beverages in the contents (and no other major concerns). I didn’t have to order it online and wait for a long time because it was in a nearby store. As previously established, neither alcohol nor any other substance that causes acne or irritants exists (for most, I hope). Here’s what COSDNA has to say about it.
