Great if you want to give your kid a 100-calorie bar with 3 grams of saturated fat and 11 grams of sugar (that’s 1.5 inches long) to take to school. Quite a bunch of sugar and fat there for just one bite, in case you were curious. I ate a tiny portion of the tip for the sake of research. this isn’t bad at all” in my head. Wow, that’s a great idea! To wash away the last of the sweetness from my mouth, it took several swigs of water. So, why stop at just one in their lunchbox if you want to offer them a high-sugar, high-energy diet that promotes obesity and tooth decay? Instead of a half-box, why not feed them the full thing? It’s true that nothing is ever too much of a good thing.
