We are significantly more likely to stick to a healthy eating plan if we enjoy our meals, and we are a lot less likely to stop exercising if we enjoy it. Lorraine’s diet, despite the fact that she eats anything she wants, is packed with healthful foods. For breakfast, she enjoys oatmeal with honey, nuts, raisins, or berries. On Sundays, on the other hand, she loves a more elaborate brunch with her husband. For her husband’s benefit “She told Asda Good Living about her husband’s “special” Sunday breakfast: “Sunday morning is his [her husband’s].” A potato tower with black pudding on top and an egg on top.”

I like to start the week by making a large pot of spicy vegetable soup that I can simply reheat for lunch “Lorraine revealed her lunch preferences to Hello! “Steve [her husband’s] hot beef rendang is quite excellent,” she says of his spicy beef curry. Singapore chili crab is another favorite. Despite her skepticism of diets, Lorraine has eliminated all of her unhealthy snacks from her diet. “I learned the hard way that stupid diets can eventually make you fat,” she stated in an interview with The Sun. The presenter was seen cutting back on her evening snacks and her usual cup of tea with a whole dish of sweets at 7 p.m.

“Dropped Two Dress Sizes Without Going Diet”

Lorraine Kelly is a well-known morning television host who has hosted shows such as GMTV, Daybreak, and, most recently, her own show. The courteous 60-year-old anchor is well-liked for her pleasant demeanor and openness, and she is a recognizable sight in the mornings. Lorraine, on the other hand, has slimmed down in recent years, losing two dress sizes. By making a few simple lifestyle changes, the star of a daytime talk show went from a size 14 to a size 10.

Lorraine has a practical approach to dieting, and it appears that she does the same with her personal health and diet. The actress is known for her passion for working out, and she just started going to Zumba classes, a dance-based aerobics program that has grown popular among women wanting to lose weight while having fun. In 2017, she did, however, release the training DVD Brand New You. Lorraine admitted in an interview with This Morning at the time that she didn’t embark on a strict diet to lose weight. Lorraine states that she only uses one simple approach to stay in shape, and it has nothing to do with a diet or an exercise plan.

Diets, in my perspective, aren’t effective. The key to portion control is to keep track of how much you eat “Lorraine emphasized the importance of the show. For some reason, I’m always concerned about how many people will show up when my husband prepares meals for our dinner party. Snacking and portion control is important, but common sense is also important. Lorraine revealed that she does not weigh herself when promoting her workout DVD and said that anyone can obtain a bikini figure. Instead, the actress measures her weight gain or reduction by how her clothes fit. Maxine promises to help you dance your way to better health and to make workouts fun rather than a chore.

An interview with her This Morning Coworkers

Lorraine stated she enjoys attending mental health workshops in an interview with her This Morning coworkers. “It’s not only a great way to be physically fit, but it also helps me mentally,” she explained. Shine, her first self-help book, was released last year and deals with the same topic. This book covers a wide range of issues, including menopause, bullying, anxiety, and parenting. Lorraine talked about her makeup routine in a magazine interview for the book. I can’t stand those flawless Instagram photos with all the filters and pouts.

Lorraine is a big fan of home workout DVDs, in addition to her low-cost workouts with her buddy and instructor Maxine Jones. She just posted on Instagram that she is now watching the instructor’s online channels from home because she is unable to attend her classes due to the lockdown. (victory.org) The social media reaction was fast, with one fan saying, “Her charisma is infectious, it must be amazing to go to her courses (in normal times).” Because I’m like every other woman my age who attends a Zumba class—you get hot and sweaty, you don’t look your best, but you have a gorgeous huge smile because you did it—I post photos of myself immediately following the class.

Despite her commitment to remaining in shape, she told This Morning that she believes in rewarding herself now and then, and keeps chocolate bars in her purse for exactly such an occasion.
