James Topp Arrested: Veteran marches despite rumors of an arrest. James Topp tells his followers that despite media reports to the Contrary, he has not been imprisoned for opposing vaccine mandates. On February 20, Topp started his march from Vancouver to Ottawa. He served in Afghanistan and the Balkans. He expressed gratitude to the traditional media for finally taking notice of his 4293 km walk and claimed that the accusations stemmed from inquiries into his earlier demonstrations in February.

Topp said, “I’m as free as you can be in this culture,” in a Facebook video
“These are not accusations made against me by the police in this country. These accusations were made against me because, while serving, I objected to vaccination requirements and other laws. I’m now charged. “As a result, I’m marching, and our goal is to reach Ottawa. Stop the rumors, please.” For speaking out against vaccination requirements while in uniform, Topp is facing two charges under section 129 of the National Defense Act. Topp made the decision to wear his uniform to the Pacific Border Crossing protest in Surrey on February 12. True North heard him say, “Anyone can beak off.” But I couldn’t have reached people with my current convictions without the uniform, he added. “I got into my car, put on my uniform, and drove to Surrey. I was so nervous it was like skydiving.”
Topp then made a reference to “A Letter to Higher,” a letter
The letter states, “I accept punishment for what I have said and done. “I go to the gulag with the ability to hold my head high and look myself in the mirror, despite my regrets about what has happened to this country and the way our society is taking as it is subjugated by technology. When I’m dead or in prison, I’ll be at peace. By mid-October, all military personnel was required to receive two Covid shots, but the deadline was ultimately moved up to mid-December. Topp was also impacted by the immunization requirement because he worked as a civilian for the RCMP. Topp was given the option of a court-martial trial, which would have been decided by an impartial jury or judge, according to Topp’s attorney, CAF veteran Phillip Millar, who spoke to the Canadian Press. Topp’s fate will be decided by his chain of command rather than a court of law.
He is unable to look into the Policy’s Legality
13 CAF members are under investigation by the Defense Department. Four are by separate battalions, while two are by military police. For the last five, three of whom left the service, officials opted not to charge, according to the department. Topp will visit Ottawa in early to mid-June after arriving in Ontario this week. His progress will be monitored via social media and Canadamarches.ca. In order to reestablish Canadians’ rights and liberties, James Topp, a 28-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, is traveling 4,293 kilometers across the country.
The #CanadaMarches began on February 20, 2022, at the Terry Fox Statue in Vancouver, British Columbia, and will conclude in late June 2022 at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Ottawa. On his journey, minute-by-minute updates are available at CanadaMarches.ca. James has been marching for 130 days. They travel between 40 and 50 km per day as they head east toward the capital. A growing neighborhood offers housing, groceries, fuel cards, and hot meals every night. In the Canadian tradition, many people who feel like they can’t do enough participate. James has a number of walking partners. You can walk back to your car after being shuttled from your parking spot to the road that connects to James.
Drained veteran discusses his cross-country march
On April 18, Prairie Storm Paintball was packed with more than 100 people to hear James Topp. James Topp of Moose Jaw delivered an impassioned speech after marching 55 kilometers down Highway 1 as part of his “Canada Marches” journey to oppose laws that restrict Canadians’ freedoms. On April 18, more than 100 supporters of freedom gathered at Prairie Storm Paintball to hear Topp speak. Among the groups in attendance were Action4Canada, the Great Canadian Cruise trucker association, Freedom Chain, and Unified Grassroots. Topp is a soldier, citizen, and Canadian who is marching for all people. To applause, he said, “You go to the store, but you march to do something.”
He set off on his 4,293-kilometer journey from Vancouver
Topp made a TikTok video outlining his motivations for marching and donning his uniform in support of freedom. He didn’t choose to wear the uniform haphazardly. He firmly believes that effective opposition to change is essential. According to Topp, regular Canadians, who pay government personnel wages, are responsible for everything. Government, according to him, is “willfully oblivious” to alternative viewpoints. He said, “Groupthink emerges as schizophrenia at virtually all levels of governance and in every organization.
In the midst of applause, he declared, “I won’t ever obey orders mindlessly.” “I won’t bow down to authority figures in law or medicine. I won’t accept credentials and pedigree at face value. Regardless of their race, color, or religious beliefs, I respect those who deserve it. Based on his treatment, Topp claimed to comprehend the distress caused by vaccine mandates. He prayed for it and claimed to have “seen death.” He discovered inner peace. Topp claimed that he did not detest his tormentors. He thanked them for empowering him and giving him a goal. To raucous cheers and ovation, he declared, “As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, I will sacrifice everything… for my uninformed brothers and sisters and for the working people in this country.”
Before enlisting in the RCMP reserves in 2019, Topp spent 28 years in the regular forces (army). He was sent on unpaid leave by the RCMP as a result of his rejection of “a certain method” for pandemic missions. He was released from the reserves after declining the COVID-19 vaccination. He said, “I felt disrespected.” As a tow truck driver in British Columbia, Topp witnessed how hardworking Canadians tried to improve their financial situation despite Ottawa’s policies. He was inspired by the truckers’ Freedom Convoy, but he was furious at how they were treated thereafter.
Topp was given an Irish blessing by Trisha Eros and her Daughters
She claimed that they still possessed old choir music. The song was suggested by her spouse because the whole family knew it. With the wind at your back, may the way rise to meet you. May God keep you in the palm of His hand till we meet again. “The ideal words. It was great, said Eros. How can we assist him? I reasoned, “That would be a lovely gift because I bet he’s never had someone sing him a blessing.”
Eros attended the meeting because she thinks the regulations have ruined people’s lives and she wants everyone to live happily ever after. We simply advocate for freedom, she continued.
Canadian Forces veteran James Topp makes it to Manitoba
Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) veteran James Topp has crossed from Saskatchewan into Manitoba, reaching the second-to-last province of his protest march to Ottawa and facing the nastiest whether his team has seen yet. Topp gave an update just outside of the village of Kirkella before calling it a day on Tuesday evening. “Well, it’s been another amazing day, and met some great people,” he said. “And we say goodbye to Saskatchewan and hello to Manitoba for the next – foreseeable – future.”
