This challenge not only gives you the chance to be featured in Muscle & Fitness Hers Magazine, but it also serves as a fundraiser for Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors. The non-profit organization founded by pro football player Jared Allen helps veterans and service people who have been injured while serving in the military.

Ms. Health & Fitness Competitions open for Voting
For thousands of athletes around the world, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The winners are decided by an online voting system, with the winner being the man or woman who receives the most votes at the end. ELIGIBILITY AND CONSENT
At the time of entry, all entrants must be of Eligible Entry Age. All voters who purchase votes must be eighteen (18) years old or older on the day their votes are purchased or cast. This deal is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Officers, Directors, and Employees of the Sponsor and its partners, as well as their families, are not eligible to participate as Entrants or Voters. By entering this competition, entrants agree that the Sponsor may use their names, biographical information, and Submitted Photographs in connection with the Competition for online and offline direct marketing purposes.
HOW DO I GET IN?
To enter, go to mshealthandfitness.com (the “Website”) and fill out the official entry form there. To submit all required information, including three (3) separate photographs of yourself that fulfill the requirements given below, you must use the upload tool and follow the provided instructions (the “Submitted Photographs”).
Photographs must not infringe on or breach the rights of any third party or entity, including but not limited to copyright, publicity, or privacy. Please double-check with the photographer and anyone else who appears in the photos that you have permission to submit the images. Images with obscene or otherwise offensive material should not be submitted. The Sponsor has exclusive authority over whether or not any photograph contains vulgar or offensive content. Entrants who submit false, misleading, or incomplete entries or information at any point throughout the Competition may have their entries rejected, regardless of when the inaccuracy is discovered.
The Contestants Have Been Informed
For each round’s selected participants and the grand prize winner, you will be contacted by email, phone, or other reasonable means meant to provide notice, such as but not limited to autodialer, email message, or text message (s). Entrants agree to a background check that may be conducted in the Sponsor’s sole discretion to verify information provided by Entrants and compliance with these Rules, as well as for other purposes related to the Competition. Your details may also be included in a publicly available “Winner’s List” if you are chosen as the Grand Prize Winner.
TERMINATION
Acts of God acts of war, natural disasters, weather, pandemic or epidemic illness, disease, acts of terrorism, computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other factors that may corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition and/or any Round of the Competition, including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other Furthermore.
if the Competition is terminated before its scheduled end date, the Sponsor maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to change the procedure for selecting the Winner(s), unless the nature of the occurrence that caused the termination makes it impossible to choose the winner(s) (s). On Tuesday, voting will begin for a Pembroke mother who hopes to be elected to Ms. Health and Fitness 2022. Mrs. Health and Fitness 2022 will take place in Pembroke, North Carolina, with a Pembroke mom as the winner. Terri Burdan tells myFM that she wants to be on the cover of Muscle and Fitness HERS magazine and win a $20,000 prize.

Since 2006, Burdan has worked as a nurse at Pembroke Regional Hospital. She began her career as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) before returning to school in 2013 to pursue her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse (RN) (RN). Burdan is a member of the assertive community treatment team, which works with bipolar and severe schizophrenia patients. She goes to the Pembroke Fitness Centre, which is part of Best Western. When gyms were closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, she hired a personal trainer and worked out at home.
She believes one of her biggest blunders was believing that skipping meals was the best way to lose weight. Burdan claims that she injects nutrient-dense food and proteins into her body every couple of hours. She spends a few hours each week meal planning so that she can choose from a variety of healthy foods.
