The subcategory is “Brands.” You need to look no further than the trailblazing work of Babe Didrikson Zaharias, Evan Strong, and Roy Campanella to solve this case. It is indeed Wheaties. The cereal Wheaties is known as the “Breakfast of Champions” in the United States. The 100-year-old breakfast cereal Wheaties from General Mills is now associated with fitness and sports. In 1921, a healthcare worker accidentally dropped a bran gruel on the stove, which subsequently bubbled and turned into crispy flakes. This incident gave rise to the cereal. This led to the development of Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flakes in 1924.

According to Prof. Michael J. Lansing of Washburn Crosby, “Wheaties” was the result of “careful strategy” by the leadership team. At the time, it was the biggest flour miller in the US, and it was in terrible shape. In the United States, white flour was being avoided in favor of healthier options.

In an effort to encourage people to eat them

Wheaties started featuring athletes on the back of its boxes. Lou Gehrig’s appearance on the back of the box in 1934 marked the debut of the concept of the athlete-on-the-back-of-the-box. Babe Didrikson Zaharias made history in 1935 when she was the first Olympian and female athlete to appear on a sporting goods package. In 1952, the Brooklyn Dodgers’ Roy Campanella was a black athlete, and in 2014, Evan Strong won a gold medal at the Paralympics. For a chance to win big, watch Jeopardy! Eric Ahasic, who had held the title for six days, has been dethroned by Megan Wachspress! Now that they’ve been defeated, Gregory Scruggs and Peggy Gibbons stand a far greater chance of winning! It turns out that Peggy is actually from Newfoundland even though she claims to be from Toronto. It’s unfortunate that the only Newfoundland and Labrador player that has been officially listed as being on the show is Kirsten Morry (from 2018). As I discovered when I made that claim in 2018, taking ours is a very controversial position in this province. (I think what I said is accurate.)
