Other (2011–2020) Promotions
Wrestling promoter UWF hired Kingston in 2011 when it was still a fledgling organization. The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott) defeated Kingston and Homicide at House of Hardcore 2 on June 23rd, 2013. They were beaten by Devon and Matt Hardy at the November 9 event. About 40 wrestlers attended a WWE tryout at the Performance Center in Kingston on September 29, 2016. House of Hardcore 37 saw Bull Dempsey defeat Kingston on January 26th, 2018. PCW Ultra’s Vision Quest, held in Wilmington, California, on September 9th, saw Kingston fall to Brody King.
A Career in Professional Wrestling
In the period from 2002 to 2016, Chikara: Moore began training with BlackJack Marciano and Jigsaw at the Independent Wrestling Federation in Woodland Park, New Jersey, under the guidance of trainer Kevin Knight (formerly West Paterson). Mike Quackenbush and Chris Hero were the instructors at the Chikara Wrestle Factory when Moore was tossed out of the school and became part of the second class of students.
Eddie Kingston and BlackJack Marciano, the Wild Cards, beat Melvin Snodgrass and Lester Crabtree in a tag team match at Chikara’s sixth event on October 12, 2002, under the ring name Moore. It wasn’t until 2003 that Kingston and Marciano started feuding with Mister ZERO and UltraMantis, the duo known as Ultra/ZERO. Finally, Ultra/ZERO defeated Wild Cards in the Tag World Grand Prix semifinals on July 5th, and Kingston and Marciano moved on to feuding with Team FIST (Icarus and Gran Akuma). They formed the Toxic Trio with Jigsaw, while Icarus and Akuma hired Mike Quackenbush to assist them in 2012.
Wrestling/Impact Wrestling Nonstop Action
The 2016–2017 Death Crew Council On the November 10, 2016, episode of Impact, Kingston was revealed to be a member of the masked group Death Crew Council (DCC). To celebrate The Tribunal’s defeat to TNA World Tag Team Champions The Broken Hardys, the DCC attacked The Tribunal in the Impact Zone on October 20th. On the October 27 episode of Impact Wrestling, the DCC attacked TNA wrestlers Robbie E and Grado. It was revealed on Impact Wrestling that the DCC attacked the Tag Champions on November 3. It is unknown whether this was a handicap match or not, or what the official result was; the Hardys challenged them to about as they were leaving and put their belts on the line.
It was on the April 6 show of Impact Wrestling that James Storm was kicked out of the DCC by Kingston and Bram after Kingston spat in Storm’s face. As part of a 20-man Gauntlet for the Gold match for the vacant Impact World Championship, Kingston was unsuccessful. He would return to Global Force Wrestling. In a statement released on October 4th, 2017, Kingston stated that he was leaving Impact Wrestling after six years.
Xchange in Latin America (2018)
The Latin American Xchange welcomed back Kingston, renamed King, on the May 24th, 2018 episode of Impact (LAX). Homicide and Diamante went AWOL after the gang leader Konnan was attacked, and King gained control of the faction and guided Ortiz and Santana back to being tag team champions. When Konnan and Diamante returned in June, they were skeptical about King’s involvement with the organization. When Homicide and Hernandez returned to attack LAX, they joined forces with King, who had previously admitted to the attack on Konnan on the July 5 episode of Impact.
The National Wrestling Alliance (2019-2020)
On September 30, Kingston made his debut for the NWA at their television tapings for NWA Power. As Outlaw Inc. at the tapings, he and Homicide were feuding with The Wilds Cards (Thom Latimer and Royce Isaacs) as well as The Dawsons (Dave and Zane Dawson) over the NWA World Tag Team Championship. The group was renamed “The OGz” later on. The OGz were defeated by LAX in a Concrete Jungle Deathmatch at the Bound for Glory on October 14. He went to the alumni section after a few weeks.

On the July 22, 2020, episode of Dynamite, Kingston made his AEW debut, but he lost to Cody in a No Disqualification Match for the AEW TNT Championship. On July 31st, AEW announced that Kingston had signed a deal with the organization. During the episode of Dynamite that aired on August 22, Kingston formed an alliance with the Lucha Brothers (Pentagón Jr. and Rey Fénix) and The Butcher and The Blade. Kingston competed in the Casino Battle Royale on the All Out pay-per-view, but he was ultimately defeated by eventual winner Lance Archer. Despite this, Kingston stepped under the bottom rope and began promoting an AEW World Championship fight despite claiming he was never eliminated. After Kingston and Butcher and Blade attacked Pac, the Lucha Brothers would turn on Kingston on the November 18 episode of Dynamite.
On January 13, 2021, Pac Defeated in the New Year’s Smash
On March 7, Kingston saved Jon Moxley following Moxley’s main event match against Kenny Omega, and he turned face in the process. The bond between the two would be revived and they would form an alliance. In addition, after Matt Hardy hired The Butcher and The Blade as part of his entourage, Kingston ended his affiliation with them. Moxley and Kingston fought against Omega, as well as The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson), as well as The Young Bucks throughout the next few weeks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson).
All Out was followed by an eight-man single-elimination tournament for the chance to compete in the AEW World Championship, where he was defeated by Bryan Danielson during one of the most talked-about matches of the year.
