Doctor Strange And The Multiverse of Madness will appear in theatres on May 6, and the second trailer for the film was shown before this year’s Super Bowl. For Marvel fans, this is a must-see sequel to last December’s initial Teaser, which generated a lot of buzz but didn’t reveal anything new.

This video has a lot going on, and because it takes place in the universe, it’s a little confusing. It includes everything from the X-Men you’ve been waiting to see in an MCU film to interdimensional beings that will be playable characters in Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Fortunately, we’re here to dissect the most recent trailer and point out any interesting details you may have missed. Here are a few tidbits about previous Marvel films, TV programs, and comic books. The first film in the Doctor Strange series, as well as the Disney+ series What If…? are all recommended viewings if you want to make sense of this teaser. Things may become a lot clearer if you do. Here’s how it’s broken down for you.

Imagination or fact: When Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) gazes at the Sanctum Sanctorum, surrounded by nothingness, he is in a hallucinatory realm or another dimension. The ground appears to be littered with abilities. It appears to be the lone surviving building in New York City. It appears to be an endless staircase that leads to the sky as you enter.

The MCU has a cameo by Miss America

“The Babysitter’s Club” star Xochitl Gomez appears in this film as American Chavez. Previously, she appeared in the film’s first trailer. On the back of the denim jacket, there is a star that reveals the character When Chavez was a child, he was raised on a different planet. She possesses a wide range of superhuman talents and has served on teams like A-Force and the Young Avengers in the past. Something strange is also yelling at her, but we have no idea what it is.

There will be a Wedding in the Near Future

Dr. Christine Palmer (Rachel McAdams) walks out of a facility in a wedding dress, but she’s not getting married to Strange. She’s getting married to the guy standing behind her. We already know Strange will be there, thanks to the last clip.

Back in Kamar-Taj, I’ll see you there: Many individuals, including a minotaur, are training at Kamar-Taj. Training will be disrupted due to a storm. Strange is witnessing the gradual dismantling of everything familiar to him.

Mordo is in town!

Mordo has returned to the big screen in the form of Chiwetel Ejiofor. When Mordo apologizes to Strange and the Kamar-Taj at the end of the first film, it does not give any insight into the second. In the wake of Mordo’s revelation that Strange and the Ancient One were abusing magic, the latter departed on his own In the clip, it appears like Mordo is in control of a crew that is attempting to arrest Strange for all of his crimes.

Alternate Incarnations of Dr. Strange

The trailer begins with Benedict Cumberbatch’s Stephen Strange imagining the Sanctum Sanctorum that was destroyed in the first film.’ However, it appears that the building is collapsing. It isn’t clear what triggered this. When Strange sees the fate of his versions before he wakes up bathed in sweat, it appears that something is wrong with his mental state. An improved look at Defender Strange was shown in a later promotional video that was published after the Super Bowl trailer. As well as dealing with Sinister Strange and Zombie Dr. Strange, the Master of the Mystic Arts has a lot on his plate.

Professor X is

Finally, Fox’s Marvel characters will make an appearance in the MCU. None other than Charles Xavier is the first character to feature in a film adaptation of the comic book series. Handcuffed Strange was shown in front of the council of strong heroes, including Professor X, escorted by Iron Legion drones. In honor of the event, Sir Patrick Stewart returns to the role.

the original X-Man appears to be on some sort of council that is supposed to be guarding the mainstream universe. The multiverse and the timeline appear to be guarded by a force greater than the Time Variance Authority. With the arrival of Karl Mordo, Strange will have the opportunity to face him once again in a new battle. No, I don’t think this is the Illuminati’s first appearance.

GARGANO’S AND THAT OUTSTANDING CHARACTERISTIC
Strange’s activities appear to have a significant impact on New York, which appears to be crumbling in the trailer. Strange’s spell from Spider-Man: No Way Home appears to be still in effect, as multiverse creatures are invading New York City. Strange and Chavez are hit by a bus when Gargantos becomes enraged and throws one at them. Namor is a villain in the comics, but in the MCU he may have a very different backstory.

No one has yet to identify the mysterious, enigmatic figure in the background. Wanda is attacked by a mysterious figure in the film’s trailer, which accelerates toward her. While it seems like the Human Torch, Captain Marvel is more likely to be responsible. Monica Rambeau, not Carol Danvers, is the most widely accepted explanation about the rematch between Wanda and Monica in WandaVision.

Dr. Strange is Evil

The film’s apparent villain, Dr. Strange, is introduced to the audience. There’s something about Marvel movies that like to make their villains possess the same abilities as their heroes. It was stated in the end credits of Spider-Man: No Way Home that this character would appear in the upcoming film’s trailer. In the Disney+ series What If…? we saw an evil Dr. Strange terrorizing the multiverse. Many people are asking if this is the same Strange. That hasn’t been confirmed yet.

Gorath Shuma: Marvel Super Heroes or MvC2 may be the first place you’ve seen this character. You never pick the purple tentacle monster. Shuma is a Dr. Strange villain from the early 1970s who ruled Earth before civilized man took over. As time went on, the persona was viewed as an extra-dimensional ruler of multiple universes and a being who demanded human sacrifice. It is one of the villains in Doctor Strange’s realm that cannot be defeated.

Wizard of Oz: Scarlet Witch: “Breaking the rules makes you a hero! I become the enemy if I do it. That’s not right.” Too Strange, the Scarlet Witch replies. Here, the town of Westview was held hostage by the villainous witch in WandaVision. What rules did Strange break? There have previously been a number of examples, including tampering with the time stone (in Doctor Strange as well as Infinity War and Endgame) as well as opening a portal to alternate realities (Spider-Man: No Way Home). Scarlet Witch is also wearing her full costume on the back. I expect to see her unleashing her full powers, as well as possibly finding her boys because we already have one Young Avengers in this movie and could use a few more.
