Who Played Kelly Taylor On 90210: On April 3, 1972, American actress Jennifer Eve Garth (also known as Jennifer Garth) was born. Garth was born to John and Carolyn Garth in Urbana, Illinois. Garth grew up on a 25-acre horse ranch between Sadorus and Arcola, Illinois, where she was the youngest of seven children (albeit they had only one child together).
