Tunnel2Towers Reviews: The solid financial health and commitment to accountability and openness of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation have earned it the 4-star ranking of Charity Navigator, the largest independent assessor for charities in the United States.
The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Base has been distinguished for the sixth time in succession. Charity Navigator has only given a ranking of 4 stars to the most tax-responsible organizations since 2002, using objective analysis.
Charity Navigator added 17 metrics to its rating methodology in 2011 which focused on governance and ethical practices and openness measures.
It stresses the importance of maintaining low overheads and optimising the share of donor dollars spent on helping American Heroes since the foundation was created.
More than 93 percent of all funding dollars have gone to the Foundation’s initiatives directly over the past few years.

“The Foundation has signed a contract to rent office space in Staten Island, New York… The Foundation decided in March 2016 to extend the lease for another 60 months, until June 30, 2021. When the lease was signed on June 15, 2012, a $10,000 security deposit was paid. For the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, the total rent cost for this lease was $187,705 and $175,573, respectively.”
“On March 16, 2020, the Foundation shuttered its doors and employees began working remotely in order to address the extraordinary difficulties posed by the COVID-19 epidemic. Continued interruptions or limitations on workers’ capacity to work, as well as a reduction in the ability to collect donations and volunteers, have all had negative consequences. At this time, the entire extent of the effects and their long-term consequences remain unclear. As a consequence of the pandemic’s unpredictability, no changes to these [audited] financial accounts have been made.
Donate to a fantastic cause! I do, and I urge others to do the same…. Most folks won’t miss $11.00 a month, but it will go a long way toward helping our first responders and military families who need it.
I believe in liberty, and they put their lives on the line for us every day and night, without returning home to their families, and we should appreciate the job they do. and I am grateful for their assistance
I had complete faith in Dr Silvanus from the moment I spoke with him during the time my husband left me after 1 year and 3 months of marriage. Dr Silvanus assisted me in casting the spell work on my relationship and gave me so much assurance and promised me that he would bring my husband back to me within 15 hours of the spell being cast. I had complete faith in his abilities since I had read many testimonials online and because he had just assisted a friend of mine in reuniting with her man. My faith was so strong in everything that, just as Dr Silvanus had said, my husband returned to me, asking for my forgiveness and also wishing for us to have a happy home together. YES, MY HUSBAND IS BACK WITH ALL HIS HEARTS, LOVE, CARE, EMOTION, AND FLOWERS, and things are much better today. Thank you very much, Papa, for dispelling my doubts about magic and spells, as well as bringing me life and happiness.
I’ve spent much of my adult life volunteering with charities, particularly those that help the military and first responders, and I’ve never seen a nonprofit that runs on a shoestring budget. It’s unheard of for 93 percent of people to get to the cause, so SALUTE! As a result, I work with eConcert Benefits, where I am paid in Tips, and 100% of these Tips are sent to T2T every month. We have contributed to a number of different groups over the years only to discover that the Board of Directors and Executives get large salaries. Tunnel to Towers ensures that funds are sent to those in need, including as our military personnel and first responders. I am honoured to be a member and supporter of this organisation.
I’m a firefighter from Steve’s original firehouse, L153, in New York City. Unfortunately, I never had the pleasure of meeting Steve. However, I’ve known his family for quite some time. In fact, they were familiar to my wife because of her job at the American Cancer Society. For a long time, they’ve done wonderful things for others. I discovered some documents around a year ago that I had no clue were there. I discovered a large uncashed cheque from the Siller Foundation. I was stunned, and I burst into tears all over again.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with my tale, here is a brief summary. My 34-year-old wife died abruptly and suddenly. She abandoned me with my three and five-year-old children, as well as a mountain of debt. I honestly had no idea how I was going to get anything done. I didn’t know how I was going to pay my mortgage and expenses while still being with my kids. It’s been difficult, but things are nearly back to normal. The most essential thing to me is that my daughters are happy and adjusted. That, too, is a result of my parents assisting me with my daughters. I still have expenses to pay, but I can honestly say that I can see beyond them now.
