Prior to graduating from Wellington College, the decision was made to study in the United States. In addition to his painting and sculpture skills, Constantine Alexios is noted for his Greek mythology-inspired sculptures.

He is also recognized for his love of hunting, music, and photography, as well as his work as an artist. With his father, Constantine Alexios modeled for Dior in the book “The Dior Sessions,” which was the first of Dior’s menswear books to focus exclusively on men’s fashion from Dior Homme.
