Medaria arradondo parents: Medaria Arradondo, a Chief of Minneapolis Police Department, is an American Law Enforcement Officer. Arradondo has recognized the support and guidance he received from his community and his parents at the Sabathani Community Center after Nyasia’s daughter was hung on his badge as his son Medaría Jr. looked on. He said his parents were teaching him to value service and humility for others.
Arradondo reiterated his aim of restoring public confidence in the department in his speech. After a fatal police shooting in July that rattling public confidence, the 28-year-old veteran of the police took over the department.
It is essential that community members believe in the officials who served them, Arradondo said.
“With their words and actions, I need the members of my department to be genuine,” said Arradondo.
“It’s like a boat with a hole inside a peace officer to be untruthful. It makes us pointless and no one would sit with you on the water with any common sense.”
