Ingredients
  • 12 oz jar marinated artichoke hears, drained but NOT rinsed
  • 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
  • 6 tbsp vegan or organic mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • To taste Sea salt & Black pepper
  • 4 Pieces hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 Pieces large sprouted grains wraps (or your favorite wrap)

Instructions
  1. • Chop the artichoke hearts and place in a bowl with the spinach, mayo, and nutritional yeast. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. • Gently fold in the eggs.
  3. • Spoon onto the wraps and roll up.
