Ingredients
  • 1cup flax meal
  • 1cup flax seeds
  • 1/2cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2cup peanut butter (or use ½ almond butter and ½ peanut butter)
  • 2tbsp Vanilla
Instructions
  1. • Stir all the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. You might need to use a fork to really incorporate the ingredients together.
  2. • Using a spatula, spread the mixture into a square or rectangle pan, to desired thickness. Place in the refrigerator to set.
  3. • Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator or freezer for best freshness.
