The very best way to cook these juicy, tasty burgers is in a hot pan with a little coconut or extra virgin olive oil. Grilling them is also a good option. Ingredients
  • 1 Piece ripe avocado peeled
  • 1/2 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp salsa (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1 lb organic turkey breast ground
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
  1. • In a bowl, mash together the avocado, salt, and pepper. Stir in the salsa and cilantro.
  2. • Divide the ground turkey into 4 equal parts. Form into patties.
  3. • Stuff each turkey patty with ¼ of the avocado mixture.
  4. • Cook in the olive oil in a hot pan over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side, until no longer pink anywhere and a little crisp on the outside.
  5. • Serve on top of dressed salad greens, or in a hamburger bun.
