Ingredients
  • 2slices your favorite gluten-free bread
  • 1tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1tbsp apricot preserves
  • 1/4cup organic or vegan cheese shreds
  • 1/4Piece avocado, sliced thin
  • 2Slices AppleThin slices
Instructions
  1. • Preheat your grill.
  2. • Spread one side of each slice of the bread (the outside of the sandwich) with the coconut oil and the other (inside) with the apricot spread.
  3. • Place the cheese, avocado, and apple slices inside the sandwich and grill until the cheese is melty and the bread is toasted.
