No-Bake Peanut Buttery Flax Bars

No-Bake Peanut Buttery Flax Bars

Kids will love helping you make – and eat! – these tasty little bars. You can make them as thin or thick as you like. And if “square” is a little too boring for you, try using cookie cutters to make them into fun shapes.

Flax seeds are often found on various “top healthy foods” lists. These nutty little seeds are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which offer a wide range of health benefits. Studies also show that including flax seeds in your diet can help balance hormones, aid in the prevention of cancer, and promote healthy digestion.
