I used about 16 oz. of already chilled coffee. I just make big batches of strong coffee and keep it in a jug in my refrigerator. There’s probably a better method, but it always seems to taste fresh to me this way.
Then I poured coconut milk into 5 cubes of an ice cube tray. And I waited. And waited. And fought off the shakes 😉
Then finally I dumped the coffee, frozen coconut milk cubes, and 3 other regular ice cubes into the blender and gave it a wack. This made about 2 servings worth.
